What we process
Kitloom processes account and sign-in information, uploaded photos and text, creation instructions, generated assets, and task history to provide creation, storage, and reuse. We also keep order and credit records and operational logs for payment reconciliation, support, and troubleshooting. Payment card information is handled by Stripe, rather than stored by Kitloom. Necessary authentication cookies keep you signed in.
Services involved
Supabase provides authentication and data storage; Vercel hosts the website; Modal runs generation tasks; Cloudflare Turnstile helps prevent automated abuse; Stripe handles payments. Creation requests and relevant reference material are sent to Google and to AI providers through OpenRouter; fal may process images for background removal. Providers may process data in different countries under their own terms and privacy policies. Kitloom does not promise that every provider follows the same retention or model-training policy.
Your data and assistance
Saved inputs and outputs support your library, history, and future creations. Removing an item from the interface should not be understood as immediate erasure from every system or backup. Data is kept as needed to operate the service, maintain account and payment records, and address support and security issues.
